Nearly 70 friends gathered in the waiting room at Scripps La Jolla Hospital the day Kyle Jackson died (April 2, 2015). Devastated by his sudden and unexpected death, they remembered the gift he was and celebrated the gift of life he gave as an organ and tissue donor.  The 27-year-old SDSU graduate was genuine, unique, good and caring, they recalled in a video tribute produced by friend Marlise M. Steward to comfort his Mom and Gramma.

“He valued everybody.  That he registered to be a donor just shows the kind of person he was.  The fact he now has the ability to save lives as a donor means so much.  It gives someone else a chance at life.  It’s such a beautiful gift.”

Our sincere appreciation to Reel Pro Media for sharing this video tribute and public service announcement with us.
