Brittany Stark has now been gone almost as long as she lived. But she continues to inspire to this very day. Her mom Kathleen recently rode a bike from San Francisco to raise awareness as Project MOM (Mom on a Mission). She arrived at Children's Hospital just in time for Mother's Day.
